Do I get a design preview before production?
Yes, we provide a design preview for your approval before moving to final production. This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the layout, text, and overall look of the product before it is made.
Is advance payment required?
Yes, we usually require full or partial advance payment for customized orders since they are made specifically for you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on the level of customization and your location. If you need your order urgently, you can contact us to check availability for express delivery options.
Can I cancel or return my order?
Orders can only be canceled before the design and production process begins. Once the design is approved and the product is in production, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible as the item is made specifically for you.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share an unboxing video. Our team will review the issue and make sure it is resolved as quickly as possible.
